The Akropole shopping and entertainment centre welcomes its million visitor


Today, the one millionth visitor was greeted in the Akropole shopping and entertainment centre, and it is Laura Ruicēna with her son Kristens from Riga who also received a gift card worth 1000 euros for shopping in Akropole. Akropole Riga CEO and Akropolis Group Board Member Kaspars Beitiņš was present too and greeted the millionth visitor of the shopping and entertainment centre.    

 

Laura with Kristens visits Akropole almost every day as they live nearby. Today they came to Akropole to find a toy hammer for Kristens. She admitted that she and her son most of all like the skating rink and toy stores here. Therefore the gift card will be spent for surprising her son in one of the toy stores.   

 

“We are pleased that in such a short time Akropole has become a popular and frequently visited destination among the shoppers. We invite every inhabitant and guest of Riga who has not yet been here to come and discover shopping and entertainment experience of a new lever in a modern and qualitative environment. No doubt that Akropole is one of the most modern shopping and entertainment centres in the Baltics and we are pleased that already one million visitors have valued it,” tells Akropole Riga CEO and Akropolis Group Board Member Kaspars Beitiņš.

 

Two floors of the Akropole shopping and entertainment centre are home to more than 170 tenants, including about 140 fashion and lifestyle product stores, various service providers, a new Apollo Cinema, an O’Learys entertainment zone, an ice hockey and skating rink, a Lemon Gym sports club, as well as 30 different restaurants and cafés. Maxima XXX supermarket is also located in the shopping centre.
