In accordance with the latest ruling of the Cabinet of Ministers, which stipulates that until 11 January 2021 only certain goods can be sold, the shopping and entertainment centre “Akropole” draws attention to the changes in the operation of stores within this three-week period.
In this period around 60 stores will be open in “Akropole”, including the delivery of goods purchased through e-commerce and distance shopping. Among the stores that will be open until 11 January are “Euronics”, “Zara”, “Dino Zoo”, “220.lv”, “Biotēka”, “iDeal”, “Samsung”, “L’occitane”, “Fielmann”, “Drogas”, “Burger King” and many others.
Most stores will work in accordance with the working hours of the shopping and entertainment centre “Akropole”, but certain store working hours can differentiate, therefore customers are encouraged to contact the information centre before visiting “Akropole” to specify the working hours of a certain store. We also encourage you to follow the information posted on the “Akropole” website and social networks.
“For the safety and health of ourselves and our loved ones, we encourage you to be more tolerant and respect the restrictions set by the government, as well as to only go to the store when really needed. We have taken many measures to ensure that your visit at “Akropole” is as safe as possible,” says Zane Kaktiņa, shopping and entertainment centre “Akropole” manager.
Store working hours during the holiday season
The safety of visitors and staff is the main priority of “Akropole”. All escalators in the “Akropole” corridors are equipped with automatic UV disinfection mechanisms for the handles, which ensure constant handles treatment with ultraviolet light. UV-light fights viruses and bacteria, eliminating their structure without any chemicals and in a way that is harmless to humans. To ensure that air inhaled by shopping centre visitors and employees is of good quality, the ventilation systems of “Akropole” continue to operate in fresh air mode. Regular disinfection of contact surfaces and other safety measures will also be continued at the shopping centre.
