A new fashion chain is coming to Latvia – the international fashion clothing company VAN GRAAF, known for its excellent competence and purity, is planning to open a store in Riga next year, situated at the new multifunctional shopping and entertainment centre “Akropole". The company will offer men's and women's clothing in nearly 2500 square metres of space by joining more than 220 other fashion and lifestyle stores.
Beginning with high-quality brand names, through designers collections to the fashion for young people - as designers of branded goods, VAN GRAAF offers quality, diversity and know-how in the fashion industry under one roof. Within a few years, VAN GRAAF has successfully established itself in the most important European capitals as a strong seller of both men's and women's fashion. VAN GRAAF has been operating as a family company and currently, it has branches in Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

“Akropole” will be the newest shopping and entertainment centre in Riga. The total area of building will be around 98 000m2, of which 9 000m2 will be given to high class office premises. Visitors of “Akropole” will also be able to enjoy a wide range of entertainment, including modern cinema and gym, all year-round ice skating rink, entertainment zone and wide range of restaurants. Thinking of the neighbourhood and the comfort of its citizens, there will be a children playground built in the territory of “Akropole”, as well as more than 700 new trees will be planted to provide green and well-equipped environment around the site. “Akropole” will boost the long-term growth of this region; it is projected that the centre will provide an opportunity to employ approximately 1500 people. Alike, during the construction of the multifunctional centre, a lot of attention will be paid to the historical heritage of the place – the design of the building will carry the elements from the former Kuznecovs porcelain factory, and of course “Akropole” will present an exceptional interior design created by the best industry professionals.
